**COVID-19 shipping and returns update
In line with local government guidelines we have temporarily closed our NY office and will not be shipping any orders out during this time. You may continue placing orders online and we will be in touch when getting ready to ship these out to you in case any information has changed.
We will be donating 20% of all sales on our site during this time to Feeding America, who will be providing food for some of the most vulnerable people.
For items ordered during this time, our return policy will remain the same. Items may be returned for a refund within 14 days of you receiving your order.
For items shipped and received prior to this closure we will a have flexible return policy upon re-opening.

All US and Canada orders are shipped via FedEx. All other International orders are shipped via FedEx or DHL.
We offer complimentary FedEx Ground shipping for orders over $250 within the 48 contiguous US states.
FedEx ground: $10
FedEx 2-day: $30
FedEx standard overnight: $50
For Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico: $30
For Canada (FedEx ground only): $20
All other International shipping costs will be estimated during checkout.
International shipping is not inclusive of duties and taxes. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties or taxes that may apply upon delivery. A tracking link directing you to the shipper’s portal will be sent to you via email once your order has shipped.
Orders are processed within 2 business days from the date that we receive your order and credit verification is confirmed. Processing times do not include weekends or holidays. Orders are processed from New York, NY.
Buyer will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number. Signature is required unless you note otherwise. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
All transactions are in US dollars. Residents of New York will pay state tax on their purchase (8.875%).
If you decide to refuse your shipment, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund, if any.
Availability of products is not guaranteed. If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, we will notify you via email or telephone.
Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt of your order for a refund. Any unwanted items must be shipped/postmarked within 14 days of receipt. All sales are final on discounted merchandise. All sales are final after 14 days of purchase.
Items must be returned in original condition - unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with all original tags attached and packaging. Please ship items back in original shipping box to ensure they are adequately protected in transit.
Returns must be accompanied by the completed return form included with your receipt in your package.
Your return will be processed as soon as possible but please allow up to 10 days for your refund to be processed. Your return will be credited to the same card used to make the original payment. Refunds are for product only and do not include any initial shipping costs. You will be notified by email when your return has been received and processed.
For US customers, return shipping is free. If you wish to return an item, please use the prepaid return shipping label included with your order. If you no longer have the shipping label, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for a new one.
For all International customers, the buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs. Frances de Lourdes is not responsible for return shipping costs, import taxes nor duty reimbursement in the case of international purchases.
If you ship a return with any method other than using a label provided by Frances de Lourdes, you are responsible for all costs, fees and duties incurred. Please use a courier service with tracking capability and that requires a signature upon delivery. Frances de Lourdes will not accept responsibility for any packages lost, stolen or damaged in transit. All return shipping must be pre-paid, we cannot accept CODs.

TO MAKE A RETURN
- Your shipment will include a return form. Please complete this form and include it inside the box with your return.
- Place the return shipping label on the box over the prior delivery information.
- If using our prepaid return shipping label, drop your package at any FedEx location. For local information, please visit www.fedex.com or to arrange a collection call 1-800-GoFedEx (1-800-463-3339).
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, simply return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
All items are quality controlled and checked for faults before they are shipped. In the event an item is faulty and received damaged, you must return it within 14 days. For concerns past this time period please contact email@example.com immediately. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
Frances de Lourdes reserves the right to refuse any return on merchandise that does not meet above requirements. If your return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be issued. We appreciate your understanding.
